If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item at your own expense within 7 days of receipt to the address below. Our returns policy is:

• All returns must be notified to us by email within 48 hours of receipt.
• All items must Be returned undamaged & unworn in their original packaging complete with labels.
• Refunds can be only be made to the card used to purchase the item and will be minus our postage costs.
• Shoes must not have been worn outdoors.
• We cannot accept returns on items of underwear due to health & hygiene reasons.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the above requests have not been adhered to

• If you order a number of items and qualify for reduced of free shipping, then return items which we agree to refund, we will refund less the difference amount of the shipping charge for the items you retain from the order.
